The Mission of Grace UMC is to "Reach...people for Christ; Teach...people to be His disciples; and to Serve..
together in God's name."

  • We are witnesses of Christ's love through the welcome and warmth we show others, our fellowship
with others, and sharing the good news of Christ.
  • We nurture our faith and one another through and active church program.  We have an active church
    program and worship services.
  • We do outreach both locally and away and are actively involved in supporting many outreach ministry efforts.
  • We worship in a laid back atmosphere, with a balance between traditional and contemporary styles.
Our worship services may involve laughter and tears, old hymns and new praise songs, preschool
choirs to adult choirs, church officials and church msembers.
  • We worship through communion services, prayer, mission moments, children's programs, and special
    holy day (or holiday) services.

Members of Grace UMC Believe In..
God as Almighty, but also as parent and friend. Jesus as God's son, who shows us the way to God.
The Holy Spirit, who calls us, forms us, renews us, and strengthens us. The church as a family of faith and
togetherness.  We believe in the church as a witness for God.

What Are United Methodists?
John Wesley and the early Methodists were particularly concerned about inviting people to experience God’s grace and to grow in their knowledge and love of God through disciplined Christian living. They placed primary emphasis on Christian living, on putting faith and love into action. This emphasis on what Wesley referred to as "practical divinity" has continued to be a hallmark of United Methodism today. --From UMC.org
