CONNECTIONS MINISTRY SERVING ROLES
The Connections Ministry is comprised of a Connections Team Director and team members. Development of this area is on-going. If you are interested in serving in this ministry, please call the church offic at 664-9118.
Director of Connections Ministry
Service Purpose: Develop and implement equipping and service ministries that will honor God and bless and serve others.
- Responsibilities: Develop and present S.H.A.P.E. Workshop (~ quarterly)
- Recruit and train members of the S.H.A.P.E. Team
- Provide Pastor with weekly updates of team activities.
- Invite new members to discover their S.H.A.P.E.
- Monitor & track S.H.A.P.E. Workshop graduates
- Create & publish S.H.A.P.E. materials
- Promote the ministry via the Communications Team
- Recruit, train, and develop the S.H.A.P.E. Coaching Team
- Create, update, and publish Serving Opportunities Handbook
- Develop, coordinate, and implement Ministry Leadership Development
Opportunities
- Organize annual Ministry Leadership Training/Retreat with Pastor;
assist with training/retreat
- Support, encourage, and assist others with ministry development

Skills/Gifts Needed: Administration, organization, communication skills, service. knowledge of Grace ministries.
Time Commitment: 4-6 hours per week, weekly meeting with Pastor, regular meetings with Connections Team, SHAPE Team, SHAPE Coaches, Ministry Leaders
Training Needed: SHAPE Workshop graduate, training with Pastor, Annual Ministry Leadership Training (4 hrs), meet with Pastor as needed, Safe Sanctuary (1 hr), background clearance
