LINCS Groups
LINCS (Loving, Involved, Nurturing, Caring, Supportive) groups exist to promote sharing, connectedness, fellowship, and learning at Grace.
Several groups exists--for couples, singles, people focused on Outreach, women, and a mix of all these.
Groups meet either in homes or at the church, every other Sunday from 5-7 pm. Child care is provided on Sundays from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm. One group meets during the week.
LINCS Groups also promote and participate in the RIFA Snack Back Pack program.

Current LINCS Groups
Women's Group
Meets every other week, in the library or in a home. Light food and drinks are provided. Past studies include "Doing Life Together" and "A Woman After God's Own Heart". The discussion is led by various group members. Participants are married, single, widowed, divorced, or in-between. Come check us out.

Small Groups Serving Roles
Grace L.I.N.C.S. Director
Service Purpose: Offer fellowship and Christian relationship development through a variety of small groups at Grace. The groups meet 1-2 times per month either on campus or in homes and do Bible study or other spiritual growth study.
- Responsibilities: Organize and implement groups
- Call, invite, and follow-up with church family members
- Track and monitor group lists
- Provide training for L.I.N.C.S. Group leaders
- Notify L.I.N.C.S. Group leaders of new invitees, follow up
- Update pastor regularly
